At first I was sceptical whether I liked the exposed zipper end of this pouch design. But I needed a bag to keep my threads and spools in that would open wide so I wouldn’t have to rummage in it for ages to find the thread I was looking for. Now the pouch is finished I am really happy with it. I made the medium size (12 ” zipper) and followed the instructions without modifications. My zipper topstitching is quite wonky because the zipper itself is not installed perfectly but I was to lazy to pin or baste it all down. The polar bear flannel is a Kokka fabric and which I bougth together with the blue chambray as a scrap parcel from a fabric store.
